The Coalition Provisional Authority Contracting Activity is establishing a new program -- THE IRAQI BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROGRAM. Effective 15 April 2004, all DFI procurements with estimated contract value under $500K will be totally set-aside for Iraqi Business. All eligible procurements designated as “IRAQI SET-ASIDE” will contain the following description: “This procurement is designated as an Iraqi Business Set-Aside. This procurement has an anticipated dollar value under $500K and is reserved exclusively for award to an Iraqi business. Only Iraqi owned businesses may participate in this solicitation/tender.”
